Real Estate Contracts Course
It's no secret - real estate contracts are often confusing and just plain
intimidating to most of us. As a real estate agent, not only will your
clients expect you to be an "expert" in contracts and be able to explain the
legalese of real estate contracts, you may also be legally liable for
contract mistakes or omissions. In this course, you will:
* Learn what constitutes a legal Arkansas real estate contract and its
different components
* Gain an understanding of the clauses, legal intent, and provisions of a
variety of commonly used real estate forms and documents
* Obtain the latest legal versions of Arkansas real estate contracts and
forms
* Learn to recognize and effectively address the "problem" areas -
especially those which legally impact you and your clients the most - of
contracts and forms
* Learn what Arkansas real estate contracts and forms are currently being
revised and how these changes will impact you, your business, and your
clients.
* Fulfill 6 hours of continuing education credits as required by AREC
(Arkansas Real Estate Commission)
