From Contracts to Closing Course
As complicated as real estate contracts are, they are just one aspect of the real estate transaction process. To be an effective real estate agent, you must learn to juggle the legal, contractual, and logistical responsibilities required to complete the transaction. In this course, you will:
Learn the legal requirements for handling of transaction monies, such as trust and escrow accounts, as well as tips on what to do and what not to do with these accounts.
Learn to effectively manage and coordinate the procedural and human resources - attorneys, inspectors, title companies, and more - crucial to a successful closing.
Take an in-depth look at the closing process itself - from forms to procedures to spotting/avoiding potential pitfalls.
Gain the necessary knowledge to handle the entire real estate transaction process with increased productivity and efficiency.
