Knowing who you represent is not as clear cut as it may seem. Due to
continuously changing laws regarding disclosure and agency, this course is a
"must" for every real estate agent. In this course, you will:
* Learn the most current laws and regulations regarding agency and
disclosure
* Learn which forms and/or approaches to use for various situations
* Learn to recognize the pros and potential cons of various techniques
surrounding agency and disclosure
* Acquire practical agency and disclosure knowledge, based on real world
