Agent and Broker Responsibility Course
The quality of the relationship between you and your broker is one of the
most important factors in determining the level of success both you and your
broker achieve. Understanding your individual and joint responsibilities is
paramount in the agent-broker relationship. Therefore, in this course you
will:
* Gain clarification of the specific legal and professional obligations you
and your broker have to one another
* Learn to minimize legal liability by understanding your broker's and your
joint and individual responsibilities to your clients and others
* Decipher the legal terminology and titles to understand how they legally
define your broker's and your roles and potential liability
* Become familiar with the ethical standards and other standards created and
endorsed by NAR (National Association of Realtors) to further enhance the
quality of the agent-broker relationship.
* Fulfill 6 hours of continuing education credits as required by AREC
(Arkansas Real Estate Commission)

Current Arkansas Real Estate License.
