Real Estate Education Center - Post-Licensure
Courses
Within one year of being issued your new salespersons license, the Arkansas
Real Estate Commission (AREC) requires you attend the eighteen (18) hour
in-class post licensing course. While the course content is mandated by AREC
and may be updated by AREC at any time, generally the course provides an
more in-depth view of a variety of real estate areas - best practices, law,
policies, and forms.
New brokers must complete the thirty (30) hour post licensing course within
the first year of their broker license issuance. Again, this course will
consist of in-class instruction.
Real Estate Education Center student feedback for this course has been
overwhelmingly favorable. Many of our students have expressed the in-depth
look at real estate practices and policies, in conjunction with their year
of real world experience, is beneficial in helping them reach the next level
of their real estate careers.
