Real Estate Education Center - Pre-Licensure Courses
Congratulations on your decision to take the leap into a rich, rewarding
career! Now you've made the decision to embark on a new career, the next
question is, "Now what?". Prior to taking the Arkansas Real Estate License
Test (Salesperson), you must first complete sixty (60) hours of real estate
instruction with a real estate school approved by the Arkansas Real Estate
Commission (AREC). The Real Estate Education Center is fully accredited by
AREC to offer the 60 hours of pre-licensure instruction. Our two (2)
pre-licensure courses, totaling sixty (60) hours are:
1. Real Estate License Preparation - This is a 60-hour computer-based,
self-paced course which covers the general real estate practices,
procedures, forms, etc... each Arkansas real estate agent must know to get
started in the real estate field. (52 Hours)
2. Arkansas Law - This in-class course covers the essential area of Arkansas
Law as it applies to conducting real estate business in Arkansas. (8 Hours)
Please Note: *Course is Non Refundable and You Have Only One Year to
Complete*
Completion of the two (2) pre-licensure courses will provide you the tools
to prepare for the Arkansas Real Estate License Test. While we can not
divulge actual percentages, our student pass rate for the Arkansas Real
Estate License Test is a source of pride for us, as well as our students.
